This place still feels like those undiscovered gems, because when you get past the construction sites and the wip buildings, you chance upon this gorgeous little venue surrounded by Bougainvillea, a cute walkway and ducks. Lots of ducks! I attended an event here at the space called the Pond Room and it's a lovely little venue overlooking the pond. (Again, lots of ducks, turtles, shoals and shoals of fish can be spotted easily).

If there is an Oasis, its here. If you are searching for right sophistication with deep dive into art world, you can't afford to miss this place. Do visit pond room to gather reminiscence and collect some nostalgia. I fully believe, it will have a huge impact.

The place doesn't feel like Mumbai. It is very peaceful and chilled. The environment is quite green and they also have a private lake in there. The antiques and decor showrooms are great. They have some exciting and exclusive range of interiors. The staff is well trained.

The place is basically a factory it seems like but team Johnnie Walker took over this place to launch the white walker and the event was mind blowing! The presentation, props everything was beyond imagination!
